The Japanese art of ikebana has always been hypnotizing - its essence is simple: slowing down, choosing flowers by a sense of harmony rather than rules, and shaping the environment to match one’s state of mind.

This vase was created for that purpose - to awaken that intention, to inspire. A true cliff is shaped by hand and finished in two distinct ways: Laguna, with a deep blue-green glaze reminiscent of lagoon water, a fragment of the Mediterranean coast of your own; or White Pearl, soft and luminous, shimmering gently like a true pearl. Both can hold floral arrangements - or simply exist as they are, enough on their own.

Each piece is made by hand from special stoneware clay with large chamotte. The opening is shaped by breaking the edge, letting the clay decide its own line. Once dry, the surface is sanded to reveal a rough yet even texture. The interior is glazed twice, while the exterior remains raw and soft to the touch.
For the White Pearl finish, the process includes a third firing - a delicate layer of pearl lustre is added to create its subtle, shimmering effect.
